1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ComputerSaaz. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, platform, and various AI automation services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform. ComputerSaaz specializes in building and maintaining AI automation agents and digital employees for global businesses.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal business authority to enter into these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials used to access member areas or dashboard services. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
3. Description of Services
ComputerSaaz provides AI digital employees, custom automation agents, and ongoing maintenance support. Our services are designed to improve business operational efficiency. We provide these solutions on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific financial results or predetermined outcomes from AI performance.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate data, timely feedback, and necessary system access required for the deployment of AI agents. You agree to use our services lawfully and ensure that all content uploaded to our AI systems complies with applicable regulations and intellectual property laws.
5. Intellectual Property
ComputerSaaz retains ownership of its platform, underlying code, and generic AI architectures. Upon full payment, the client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the custom assets and deliverables specifically created for their business. All pre-existing materials remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Fees, Payments, and Taxes
All service fees are quoted and payable in US Dollars unless otherwise specified in writing. Payments are due according to the schedule agreed upon in your Service Agreement. Late payments may result in a suspension of services or limited access to our AI agents.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We treat your business data with strict confidentiality. However, you acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for the content and data you feed into the AI systems. We recommend avoiding the input of sensitive personal identifiable information unless strictly necessary for the automated workflow.
8. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform. Prohibited uses include automation for illegal activities, mass-spamming, or any use that harms the integrity of ComputerSaaz systems or third-party networks.
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Our AI agents often integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp, CRMs). You are responsible for maintaining accounts with these services and complying with their respective terms. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall ComputerSaaz be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from AI errors, system downtime, or business interruptions. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months prior to the claim.
11. Support, Changes, and Updates
We regularly update our AI models and platform features. Support is provided during standard business hours in the Pacific Time (PT) time zone. We reserve the right to modify services to improve performance or comply with security standards, provided such changes do not materially decrease functionality.
12. Suspension & Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement according to the notice period defined in the specific Service Agreement. ComputerSaaz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if these terms are violated or if continued use poses a security risk to the platform.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of United State of America. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations, and if necessary, via the appropriate legal channels within Sri Lanka.
